1. Exchange and Return Eligibility
1.1. Returns and exchanges are accepted for manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or significant mismatches from the product description.
1.2. For defective or damaged products, submitting an unboxing/opening video is mandatory to process the return.
1.3. For certain products such as paintings, sculptures, or customized artworks, returns are not accepted unless damaged in transit.
1.4. All products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, certificates of authenticity (if applicable), and tags intact.
2. Initiation of Return
2.1. Customers must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

2.3. After the 7-day period, the facility for exchange or return will not be available.
2.4. Please note that returns are not accepted for colour variations, as slight differences may occur due to lighting and individual screen settings.
2.5. Once the returned product is received and inspected, an exchange or refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
